Fade in to... LWD - Little White Dress.

We all know the importance of an LBD, that fail-safe little black dress to throw on at the last minute/if nothing else looks right/the dress code is baffling/you're having a fat day. Though any one who knows me, will be aware that I love nothing more than a pretty LWD, or sometimes a LOWD (little off white dress) or even a LCD, LBD (little cream dress) (little beige dress) ...you get the picture.

More difficult to pull off in winter, a white dress is Summer perfection. Will go with anything, and can usually be dressed up, or down a bit more easily than it's black counter-part.  I really like the all-white look, with the matching white heels, but my size 7's do not look great in white - draws the eye to them, so I prefer a subtle nude shoe, and colour pop or tan accessories.
